“Five organizations join together for International Safe City: Incheon”

Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA) signed MOU for Safety and Health


The President of KOSHA signed civil, government and scholar’s trilateral MOU for Safety and Health with Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-bok Yoo, Chairman of Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kang-shin Lee, Vice principal of Inha University, In-kyo Jung, President of Incheon SK Energy, Jae-hwan Lee at Incheon Metropolitan city office on 24th September.
 

The MOU is aiming for enhancing OSH recognition in community and national OSH capacity through five organizations’ cooperation from business, university and companies.

 

According to the MOU, KOSHA will support accident prevention activities in Incheon Metropolitan city and the city will precede OSH-related policy, Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Incheon SK Energy and Inha University will add their effort for collaboration between business and scholars.

 

Particularly the five organizations will make joint-efforts to prevention management system and environment safety professional development to prevent chemicals’ leakage and explosion accidents.

 

The President of Young-soon, LEE said “Incheon Metropolitan city’s representative organizations joined together for accident prevention and safer/healthier Incheon, and KOSHA will never save its effort so that the MOU will make synergy effort among the joined organizations.”
